Shane Fuller is the Founder and Director of Dual Track Construction (DTC), bringing over 10 years of hands-on post-tensioning experience across residential, commercial, and multi-storey structural projects.

Over the course of his career, Shane has contributed to the delivery of 100+ post-tensioned slab installations, ranging from reactive residential slabs to complex suspended systems and multi-strand transfer structures.

He spent four years operating as a Construction Manager within the fast-paced, high-pressure Sydney construction industry, delivering structural works for leading builders including Mirvac, Meriton, Buildcorp, Hutchinson Builders, and Trescon.

Working within these environments required strict programme control, disciplined coordination, and zero-compromise execution. Shane led crews, managed sequencing, coordinated with project managers and engineers, and ensured post-tensioning operations were delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with demanding construction schedules.

His technical expertise includes:

• Mono strand residential systems
• Suspended slab systems (12.7mm & 15.2mm)
• Multi-strand transfer slabs
• High-rise PT installations (10–50 storeys)
• Epoxy wedge structural modifications
• Dowel & Surlok installation
• Pan void filling and finishing works

In addition to technical execution, Shane’s experience spans:

• Crew leadership and labour structuring
• Critical path and programme management
• Quality assurance and defect prevention
• Implementation of digital documentation systems
